Clean and wash the chicken wings and drumsticks.
Transfer them to a pot, pour on cold water and put on the stove for the water to come to a boil. Once it does, time 5-6 min. then remove from the stove.
Drain in a colander.
Mix the dry ingredients in a suitable bowl.
Heat the butter in a pan with 1 tbsp oil and 1 large garlic clove, cut in 2.
Transfer the chicken wings and drumsticks 1 by 1 to the heated butter, flip them over and transfer to the bowl with dry ingredients.
Roll each wing and drumstick in them while pressing lightly, then move them to a tray with baking paper.
Bake 20-25 min. in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven with the fan on until they form a golden crust.
Serve with tartar sauce distributed in bowls.
