Ingredients

Preparation

Chop the onions finely and braise them with the flour in the oil. Add the nettle, which you've washed, parboiled in hot water and chopped ahead of time.

Pour on the water and leave to boil. Add the rice, salt and black pepper.

Thicken the ready soup with the egg beaten with yoghurt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
