How to cook
Heat the milk and put 1 pinch sugar and the yeast in it.
Break the eggs, beat them with the remaining sugar after setting aside 1 egg white. Sift the flour and make a well.
Put the 1st 2 mixtures in it, leave the resulting dough to rise.
Then knead it with a mixture of melted butter, oil and lemon zest. Knead until the dough absorbs everything.
Use your imagination to shape the panettone, smear it with the egg white. Leave to rise a bit longer and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
