Chicken Stew with Dock
- chicken meat - 17.5 oz (500 g) legs, wings, white meat
- dock - 14 oz (400 g)
- onions - 2 heads
- oil - 1/2 cup
- paprika - 1 tablespoon
- tomato paste - 1 tablespoon, from concentrate
- flour - 1 - 2 tablespoons
- black pepper
Boil the chicken meat until ready.
Peel the onions, wash and dice them. Saute them in the oil. Add the washed and chopped dock. Add the paprika and tomato concentrate.
Add in the chicken meat (debone if you like). Stir and cook about 5 min. Pour in 2 cups water and 1 cup chicken broth. Season with salt.
Cook until the dish is left in just oil. Shortly before it's ready, add the flour diluted with 2-3 tbsp water.
Stir until thickened. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
