Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 yolks, can use 4 if they're small
  • powdered sugar - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • vanilla - 3 - 4
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • alcohol - 2/5 cup (100 g) pure or 2/3 cup (150 g) cognac

Preparation

Beat the 3 yolks for 30 min. with the powdered sugar, then add the milk, vanilla and cognac or alcohol.

The egg liqueur is ready to serve and should be consumed right away!
