Boil the lentils until fully softened. Once the water level drops, add the bulgur, cover and leave them that way for 30 min.
Chop the onions coarsely and braise them in the oil. To them add the tomato paste. Braise another 1-2 min. and add them to the lentils.
Next add the chopped parsley, green onions and spices. Don't stir, just leave them to cool.
After cooling completely, knead with your hands while adding water and tear egg-sized pieces from it.
