How to cook

The products listed are for 2 clay pots.

Smear each on the inside with oil. Put a thin slice of cheese at the bottom.

Distribute some diced zucchini on top, the chopped and peeled roasted peppers (1 per pot). Then crumble the feta cheese, add the remaining chopped zucchini and grated cheese.

Pour 2 tbsp of grated tomatoes in each. Put in the oven and turn it on to 392°F (200 °C) for 20 min. until the cheese melts and reddens.

Break an egg over one of them and return to the oven for 10 min. until it's ready.

Remarkably delicious, will make again!
