Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • lemon zest - of 1 lemon
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • vanilla sugar - 1
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • semolina - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • raisins - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

Preparation

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar, add the lemon zest, yoghurt and oil.

Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder, semolina and raisins, add them to the mixture and stir well with a spatula.

Pour the mixture into a cake form laid out with baking paper and place in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven, bake about 30 min.

After it cools, sprinkle with powdered sugar. A tasty, soft and aromatic cake.
