Ingredients

  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • peppers - 4 roasted red peppers
  • peas - 1 cup (250 g) canned
  • pork - 9 oz (250 g) pork fillet
  • carrots - 2
  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 g) sour
  • salt

Preparation

Boil the potatoes and carrots, clean and drain them, cut the potatoes into pieces and pour them into a large bowl or pan.

Cut the carrots, pork tenderloin and roasted peppers into small cubes and add them to the potatoes.
