  • milk - 2 cups
  • eggs - 4
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • yeast - live 1 oz (20)
  • flour - to 3 cups (700) to 3 1/3 cups (800g) for the dough

Allocate one yolk for coating the cake. Sift flour into a large bowl or dish. Dissolve yeast in 1 cup slightly warm milk. Along with the salt, sugar and oil, pour into a well in the flour.

Begin kneading, gradually add the eggs one by one and then the other cup of milk. You should get non- sticky dough. Leave it in a warm place to rise for 40-50 minutes. Knead it again and divide into 3 balls.

Every ball rolled out flat. Roll the sheets of pastry on top of each other, each smeared with butter.

Cut them in about 11-12 triangles. Every triangle is wrapped into a roll and arrange them on the side of the greased pan.

Put two rolls in the middle. Allow the bread to rise again in a warm place. Brush it with beaten yolk and set it to bake at 302°F (150°C) -320°F (160 °C), until ready.

If desired, you can sprinkle it with sesame seeds, before baking.
