With the risen yeast, sifted flour, sugar, egg yolks, milk and salt, knead hard dough. During kneading, and add the oil, which is pre-melted. Allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes.
Shape pellets the size of a walnut. Each ball is rolled by hand into sticks with a length of about 12 cm. From the sticks, make pretzels and after once again rising, put them to bake.
The already cold bagels are spread with 3 tablespoons syrup and 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, or sprinkled with vanilla sugar.
