How to cook

Pour the chia seeds into the yoghurt and stir well. Leave them for 1-2 hours in the fridge for the mixture to gel.

Clean the strawberries and cut them into pieces, set aside a few for decoration. Cut the banana into round slices, grind the flax in a coffee grinder.

In 3 glasses, pour 1 tbsp oats in each, then 2-3 tbsp yoghurt with chia, 1 tbsp flax, strawberry pieces, yoghurt again, banana slices, a bit more oats in the middle and finish off with yoghurt.

Decorate the dessert with slices of strawberries and banana, mint leaves, chia seeds and pour 1 tbsp dandelion honey into each. Serve the dessert cooled.
