Mini Pulled Phyllo Pastries
- water - 1 cup (240 ml)
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 tablespoon
- vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- eggs - 2
- flour - about 2 1/2 cups (600 g)
- oil - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
- feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g) for the stuffing
Divide it into 6 equal-sized balls and place in a container with slightly heated oil. Cover and leave for 30 min. for the dough to relax.
Stretch out a ball of dough onto an old tablecloth into a sheet. Start pulling from its edges, while going around in a circle until you've stretched out a large, thin, nearly transparent sheet.
Cut out the hard ends of the sheet, sprinkle with oil, crumbled feta cheese and wrap into a roll using the tablecloth.
Then arrange it in a tight spiral. Repeat for the rest of the sheets.
Arrange them in a tray with baking paper and bake at 356°F (180 °C) until ready.
