Mix the products for the marinade in a bowl. Cut the meat into steaks and put them in the bowl. Leave in the fridge to marinate 2 hours.
Put the meat in a tray, pour in any remaining marinade, cover with aluminum foil and smother the meat at 356°F (180 °C) for 60 min.
Return to the oven for 15 min. without foil to obtain a nice brown crisp.
