Wash the octopus well and put it in a pot. Pour water over it and boil 10 min. or until it changes color.
Turn the heat up and boil until nearly all the water's absorbed. Let cool.
Mix all the products for the marinade, pour it over the octopus and leave it to marinate for a few hours in the fridge.
Drain the octopus, put the marinade to boil until reduced to 1 cup.
Heat the grill and grill the octopus, serve with the reduced sauce of the marinade.
