How to make
Pour 1/2 the milk in the blender bowl.
Add the peeled and sliced banana, 1 tbsp fine oats, flax ground to powder, protein powder and optionally - liquid sweetener.
Beat to a homogeneous mixture, add the remaining milk and leave for 10 min. for the oats to soften a bit. Stir, pour into a glass and drink in the morning at breakfast.
Make it 3 times a week. If combined with a low-carb diet you can lose several pounds.
The shake is rich in fiber, while the flax has proven effects with its omega-3 fatty acids and if you combine this protein shake with some gym workouts you'll shed the weight in no time.
If you're a vegan you can use brown rice protein, although it's a bit more expensive. Be healthy!
