How to cook
Lay out part of the kadaif in a tray. Sprinkle part of the coarsely chopped walnuts on top. Lay on the remaining kadaif on top
Melt the butter and pour it over the kadaif. Sprinkle with the remaining walnuts.
Bake in a moderate oven until it turns a golden color. Leave to cool completely.
Pour all the products for the syrup in a container on the stove and stir until the syrup comes to a boil.
At that point, lower the heat and boil the syrup about 20 min. Once ready, pour it over the cooled kadaif.
Leave the dessert for a few hours for the syrup to soak in well.
