How to cook
Clean the meat and cut it into pieces.
Put it in a suitable large container, add the water and boil on low heat.
The meat to water ratio is 1:1. If you have a bucket of meat, use a bucket of water.
In the beginning you have to remove the foam at all costs. Add salt according to taste.
Once the meat is boiled, your Kurban soup is ready. Optionally, throw in an onion head to color the soup a light yellowish color.
