Wash the potatoes and zucchini, clean and peel them. Cut them into round slices and braise in a deep fryer until semi-cooked.
Saute the onion, carrot and tomato paste with a little oil and salt.
Pour a little oil at the bottom of a tray, start arranging the products, alternating potatoes, zucchini, the sauteed vegetables, Vienna sausages (cut into round slices) and so on until out of products.
Make sure to finish off with potatoes. Mix together the eggs, flour and yoghurt, pour this topping on. Bake about 20 min. in a 356°F (180 °C) oven.
