Beat the eggs and mix them with the sugar. Add the cocoa, milk and oil. Set aside 1 cup of this mixture.
To the remaining mixture add the flour, vanilla and baking powder. Stir very well.
Pour the mixture into a cake form and bake 50 min. at 356°F (180 °C). Turn the oven off and pour the sour cherry juice on top.
After 3 min., pour on the set aside mixture.
Leave the cake in the turned off oven until it's ready.
Decorate as desired.
