How to cook
Put the chicken livers to soak in the white wine for 1 hour and then drain them.
Heat the oil and braise the finely chopped onions and garlic cloves.
Add the chicken livers to braise a bit until they change color, pour in the white wine and salt to taste.
Once it evaporates, add a little butter, black pepper and paprika. Stir well and your chicken livers are ready to serve.
