How to cook
Wash and clean the zucchini. Cut them into slices about 1/2″ (1 cm) long.
Salt them and leave them for 20 min. Then arrange them onto paper towels to dry.
In a bowl beat the eggs, breadcrumbs and flour.
Smear the tray with oil. Dip the zucchini pieces in the mixture and arrange in the tray. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) until golden.
Sprinkle with finely chopped dill and serve.
