- olives - 4/5 cup (200 g) green
- champignons - 10.5 oz (300 g) fresh
- white wine - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
- tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g) canned
- black pepper
- paprika - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 - 3 tbsp
- butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
Cut the chicken into 8 portions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Braise the chicken in butter and oil until golden.
Sprinkle finely chopped parsley, salt and paprika. Pour in the tomatoes and stir. Leave the mixture to boil.
Return the meat. Pour in a little warm water, don't let it cover the meat.
Leave to simmer about 30 min.
