How to cook
Clean and wash the wings well. Cut each into 2 parts with a knife. Season with spice mix and leave for 1 hour in the fridge.
Roll the wings in flour and put them in heated oil. Use a deep container for frying with plenty of oil. You can fry them in a deep fryer if you like.
Once they redden well they're ready. Take them out onto paper towels to drain the excess oil.
Add the fried wings to the bowl and smear them well with the spicy sauce.
Serve the tasty wings warm with a cup of beer or other favorite drink.
