Preparation

Roast the eggplants. Cool, peel and dice them. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and chopped garlic.

Add the eggplants to the mixture, the finely chopped dill (can also add parsley) and salt.

Stir well and serve the appetizer cooled.
