Remove the crusts of the bread slices. Cut out small round bites from the middles using a ring. Beat an egg in a bowl. Dip the bread bites in the egg and fry in heated oil.
Take the fried bites out onto a cooking grid. Mash the feta cheese and mix it with the sour cream. Stir until homogeneous. Arrange the fried bites in a plate.
Put some of the feta mixture on each bite. Arrange pieces of pastrami on top. Decorate with green parsley leaves. Put chopped pastrami in between the bites.
