Take a deep bowl and beat the eggs well in it. Add the mayo, also beaten well.
Crumble the feta with a fork, add it to the other products. It's best if the feta is a bit on the firmer side. Sift 1 cup flour, add 1 baking powder to it and stir.
Gradually add the flour to the mixture. Stir everything very well. Oil a rectangular cake form or small tray, sprinkle lightly with flour. Pour in the mixture.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. Enjoy! A tasty, yellow-colored, soft breakfast! Goes great with ayran.
