In the meantime, dice the mushrooms, onions and peppers as well (they need to be a bit smaller than the meat ones because they could burn otherwise). Once the chicken is seasoned and the other products are prepared, stick them onto skewers, alternating meat with veggies.
Cook the skewers on all sides on a slightly greased grill pan. While grilling you can pour marinade over them but it's not mandatory. Once grilled well, serve with a seasonal salad.
