St. Nicholas` Day Fish Fillet with Fine Sauce
- fish - 4 fish fillets, of your choice
- lemons - 1
- butter - 4 tsp or oil
- garlic - 4 cloves
- cooking cream - 8 tablespoons
- black pepper - 2/5 tsp (2 g)
- flour - 4 tsp
- water - 8 tablespoons
- dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped, fresh
Salt and sprinkle the fish fillets with squeezed out lemon juice, crisp them in a Teflon pan with part of the oil.
Mash the garlic and saute it in the remaining oil.
To it add the cream, thicken with the flour and water. Optionally, add dill.
Place the crisped fish fillets on top and sprinkle black pepper.
