"When everyone`s sitting around impatiently around the table it means there`s tasty Homemade Pizza with Sausages baking in the oven."

Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • yeast - 1 packet, dry
  • milk - 1 cup
  • yoghurt - 2 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • sausages - 3.5 oz (100 g), soft, sliced + 2 oz (50 g) dry
  • bacon - 2 slices, or smoked breasts
  • champignons - 2 oz (50 g), cut
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g), grated
  • thyme - to taste
  • oregano - to taste

How to cook

In a bowl, knead a dough from the flour, egg, milk, yoghurt, yeast, olive oil and baking soda.

Leave the dough in a warm area to rise.

Divide it up into equal-sized balls, roll them out into thin sheets like pizza crusts.

Lay out the rolled out sheets onto a tray covered with baking paper.

Smear them with tomato sauce, sprinkle thyme and oregano to taste.

Arrange the sausages on top, cover with grated cheese.

Clean the mushrooms, chop them thinly and also arrange on top of the pizzas.

Bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 20 min.
