How to cook
Pour the yoghurt into a bowl, add the baking soda and baking powder.
Stir and once the yoghurt effervesces, pour in the melted and cooled lard.
Add the powdered sugar, vanilla and egg. Continue stirring and gradually pour in white flour until you've kneaded a soft, nonstick dough.
Make rosettes from the dough using a large metal icing syringe, put them onto baking paper.
Put the treats to bake in a preheated 329°F (165 °C) oven until ready, be careful not to over-bake.
Sprinkle the ready treats generously with powdered sugar.
