Wash the zucchini and cut it into round slices. Dry them and arrange in a small, oiled tray. Sprinkle with a little salt.
Mash 2 garlic cloves in another container. Grate the cheese coarsely, add it to the mashed garlic.
Add the sour cream. Season with black pepper to taste and stir everything well.
Scoop from the mixture with a spoon and distribute on top of the zucchini slices. Bake the dish in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped dill.
