Sift the flour, add the salt, pour in enough cool water to knead a smooth dough. Pour it in gradually and slowly.
Leave the ready dough to rest about 20 min., covered in foil.
Divide up the ready dough into 2 balls. Roll out each ball into a thin sheet. Smear with oil. Sprinkle the sheets with finely chopped parsley and green onions.
Fold in 2, then in 2 again and so on until you form it into a packet. Roll it out again, then repeat this process 2-3 times.
Cut it into suitable pieces and fry in heated oil.
Drain on paper towels.
