How to cook
Knead a dough: dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt and add it to the other products.
Leave in a plastic bag to sit in the fridge for 12 hours.
Divide it into 6 balls. Smear the counter with oil before rolling them out to prevent sticking. Roll out each into a round sheet and cut into 12 triangles. Wrap them up into scones.
Bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 20 min.
I divide the dough into more balls so that they're smaller.
