Boil the potatoes and carrot, peel and dice them. Mix all the products in a bowl, minus 1 egg yolk and 1/2 egg white for decoration on top.
Season with the spices and stir well with the mayonnaise, yoghurt, cream cheese, oil, diced pickles and eggs. Arrange nicely in a holiday plate with a spoon.
On top, form a Christmas tree with peas drained from the liquid, decorate with small cubes from the chopped egg white, red pepper, crescents from the olives and fresh parsley.
Tasty and festive. Serve with a homemade brandy.
