Beat the confectionery cream until fluffy. Add the mascarpone to it spoon by spoon while stirring nonstop until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
Smear the bottom of your form with the cream. Dip the biscotti in cool milk and arrange a layer of 12 of them on top of the cream.
Smear the biscotti generously with cream. Sprinkle pieces of strawberries.
Arrange a 2nd layer of biscotti. Smear the cake with the cream.
Smooth it out and arrange slices of strawberries.
Decorate the cake's sides with sliced chocolate.
Leave the cake for a few hours in the fridge before cutting it.
