How to cook
Cut the pork, chicken and bacon into cubes, put them in a suitable, deep bowl. Season with salt, black pepper, mashed garlic, a little oil, then put away for at least 12 hours in the fridge.
Cut the vegetables into square pieces. String them onto the skewers, alternating between a piece of meat, pepper, bacon, onion, chicken, pepper, etc. until you've used them all up.
Grill on a highly heated grill on all sides, flipping them over frequently in order to cook evenly.
