How to cook
Heat the milk slightly. Dissolve the yeast, sugar and 2-3 tbsp flour in it. Stir and leave it in a warm area for about 10 min.
Sift the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle of it. Pour the activated yeast, yoghurt, oil, egg and salt in it. Knead a soft, nonstick dough. Flour it lightly and cover with a towel. It needs to sit for 30 min. as is.
In the meantime, crumble the feta cheese. Add 1 egg and 1 egg white to it. Set aside the yolk for smearing.
Divide up the risen dough into 12 equal parts. Shape them into balls. Take a glass and press it in the middle of each ball to form the well. If needed, finish shaping it with your fingers. Put stuffing in each and arrange them in an oiled tray.
Put a piece of butter in the middle of each well. Beat the yolk with 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp milk.
Smear the edges of the wells with the resulting mixture. Sprinkle poppy seeds and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven about 30 min. with the fan on.
