How to cook
Put the couscous in the already boiling water, to which you've added 1 tsp salt. Boil until all of the water is absorbed, then cool.
To the fully cooled couscous, add the finely chopped vegetables.
Stir well, try to keep the couscous from sticking.
Add the spices and stir well again.
Your salad is ready for consumption. Bon appetit!
