  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg) fresh
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • water
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) German


Peel the fresh potatoes. Cut them into crescents. Distribute them evenly in a tray.

Pour water over them to submerge them halfway. Cut the butter into small pieces.

Put the butter pieces on top of the potatoes.

Salt, add black pepper to taste. Bake in a 392°F (200 °C) oven until golden. Eat with fresh salad.find similar recipes here
