How to cook
While kneading, add a little of the melted butter. Leave it to rise. Divide the dough into balls, roll out each into 5/64 (2 mm) thick, sprinkle with feta cheese and roll them up into spirals.
Arrange them in a tray with baking paper and leave to rise about 20 min. Smear with egg yolk and bake until ready in a moderately heated oven.
