Wash the potatoes and zucchini, peel and dice into cubes. Heat the oil in a pot, saute the onions and chopped vegetables, sprinkled with a little salt.
Pour in the paprika, stir and pour in hot water. Add the pea and carrot mix, then the spices.
Boil on moderate heat about 15 min., pour in the vermicelli and boil until ready. Beat the yolk with the yoghurt, thicken the soup with it and serve. It's really good!
