How to cook
Mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add the oil, stir until buttery crumbs form, then add the cool water, knead a soft dough.
Smear it with oil and leave to rest about 30 min. Divide up the ready dough into equal parts, roll out each into a sheet the size of the pan in which you'll be cooking.
Put the pan (needs to be dry) on the stove, bake each flatbread on both sides until ready. Melt the butter and add the powdered garlic to it.
Smear each flatbread with the garlic butter mix, add other spices if desired. I sprinkled mine with finely chopped green onions.
