  • potatoes - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg), fresh, small
  • olive oil - extra virgin
  • rosemary - 3 - 4 small bunches
  • thyme - a few leaves
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • salt


Peel the potatoes and halve them. If they're large you can cut them into smaller pieces. Put them in a tray with a nonstick coating. Season with paprika, black pepper and salt and stir everything well.

Put the green spices on top and pour on olive oil.
