  • mussels - 14 oz (400 g) boiled
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • white wine - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • salt


Clean the mussels and put them in a suitable cooking container. Add the butter and white wine.

Cover the container and leave it on low heat until the mussels take in the sauce, while stirring periodically. Season with salt.
