Super Healthy Biscuits without Sugar
- bananas - 1
- apples - 5 medium - sized, pureed
- oats - 1 1/2 cups
- coconut flakes - to taste
- sunflower seeds - to taste, raw
- nuts - to taste, raw
Add the remaining ingredients; feel free to add others and however much of them you like, stir.
You need to obtain a biscuit dough. If the mixture is too runny because of the puree, simply add more oats (mine were coarse).
Scoop from it with a spoon and place onto baking paper. Press lightly to shape it into a biscuit. Once you've placed all the biscuits onto baking paper, place in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
Keep an eye on them to see when they're baked until reddened, it took mine 15 min.
They've got a pleasant sweetness, even without sugar, are healthy, homemade. Enjoy!
