How to cook
Heat the oil, add the onions, veggies, salt and enough water to cover them, saute the veggies.
Clean and wash the rice, put it in a tray, add the sauteed veggies, turmeric, salt and black pepper.
Pour in about 1 cup (225 ml) water. Cook the rice dish in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven about 30 min.
