Baked White Fish with White Wine
- white fish - 1
- garlic - 6 - 7 cloves
- parsley - 1/2 bunch
- white wine - 1/2 cup
- lemons - 1/2
- butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
- salt - to taste
- black pepper - to taste
Clean and wash the fish, cut it into pieces.
Put the pieces in an oiled tray and cover with 1/2 the parsley and mashed garlic.
Pour on a mixture of the wine and lemon juice on top, sprinkle salt and pieces of butter.
Bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 15-20 min.
Before serving, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley and a piece of butter.
