Wash the pork tongues and put them to boil until foam forms, then remove it. Toward the end of boiling, season with salt. Once ready, take them out, leave to cool a bit, then peel them starting from the top.
Cut into thin slices and make the garlic butter by melting the butter in a pan and adding the powdered garlic.
If you like fresh garlic you can use it instead.
You can put the pork tongue pieces in the garlic butter and fry them slightly or just pour the garlic butter over the tongues in the plates.
