How to cook
Sift the flour in a bowl, add the salt and baking soda, then stir. Make a well, add the yoghurt, start stirring with a fork until you've obtained a rough dough.
Put the dough onto a floured counter and finish kneading briefly, until you've made it into a ball.
Put the prepared ball of dough in a tray laid out with baking paper, make slight diagonal cuts on it with a sharp knife.
Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 40 min.
Take the baked oven out of the oven and let it cool onto a cooking grid before cutting it.
The easiest and quickest bread, with an artistic appearance and thick, crispy crust.
